- Town watch grows in Chinatown
- FitzSimons High School in N. Phila. graduates its 1st all-male class
- Rep. Josephs rues her vote for casinos -- she's likely to be in a tight race next year, with at least two challengers nipping at her heels...
- A hard look at casino 'support' -- SugarHouse packed its own "information" event last week
- YPP: Rep. Tony Payton Proposes Legislation to give EVERY Pennsylvania Kid The Ability to Afford College (and incentives to stick around afterward)
- YPP: The Convention Center and Economic Sense -- pros and cons of the expansion plan
- AAJane: Inquirer Changes, not least Satullo stepping down!

- NJ: Property-tax plan may go to voters
- Not really regional at all: Report: Women give less in campaign donations

I would hardly say that Farnese is "nipping." 48% of a vote against an incumbent of 22 years is impressive and shows she has problems.
perhaps you are unfamiliar with the idiom, Larry. "nipping at her heels" means right on her, practically overtaking, rather than far behind. couldn't be more apt.
