First hints of Casey aims?

Friends and foes have expressed impatience with US Senate hopeful Robert Casey, running against Rick Santorum for next fall's election. He's been keeping a low profile, appearing only to twist the self-inflicted knife after Santorum gaffes. Now, however, he starts to sketch some priorities other than replacing his rival, including controlling health care costs and rolling back some upper-income tax cuts to pay for Gulf rebuilding and other budget-busters.
