Lynne Abraham is responding to the growing threat from primary opponent Seth Williams by announcing the intent to adopt his proposal
for restructuring the DA's office. I guess this means that the city wins, no matter who gets elected, but if it's a good idea, how come she never made a move in that direction during her 14 years as the city's top prosecutor?
