Other times, it means delivering real-time information about where their bus is, and when it's coming, to cell phones and Blackberrys, or flashing that info up on a digital screen. This is starting to happen on some level--along Walnut street, at least, digital displays in the bus stops show when the next bus for each line is expected, and incoming buses are announced on loudspeakers.
It's a start.
Having almost been hit by buses careening over the double-yellow lines, I'm looking forward to the day when SEPTA bus drivers stop driving like Sandra Bullock in Speed.
